Perfect start for the Year 9 Football Team!

The Year 9 footballers have had a busy start to the season, competing in three competitions. The boys carried on where they left off in Year 8 with an excellent performance in a pre-season friendly against Springwest, winning 3-1. This game served as perfect preparation, allowing the team to become familiar with their positions and the style of play. They took this form into the first Round of the Middlesex Cup, winning 4-3 away at Greenford High with a man of the match performance from Kubilay who scored one of the goals of the season so far and impressing in midfield. Well done to all the boys for an excellent start to the season, with special mention to Malakai, Kubilay, Lem, Sahil and Shaeer for their player of the match performances during the opening matches.
