Scale 6 Point 16 – 20
8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday 36 hours per week
Term time and 5 INSET Days – 39 weeks
Actual salary: £27,703- £29,465
JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the School’s pastoral team. The main purpose of this post is to provide structured supervision for students in the internal isolation room and to maintain a secure and controlled environment. Also to offer guidance and support to pupils to ensure they understand why they have been placed in the room, to promote positive behaviour and to help reengage these pupils with their learning.

The School is located on a large site in Hounslow with excellent transport links and a large staff car park.
